Refund policy
At Regaliko, your satisfaction is important to us. As we work with international suppliers, our return and refund process follows industry-standard dropshipping rules.
1. Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- choosing the wrong size or color
- items that match the product description
Please review product details carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
To process your claim, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a clear photo or video showing the issue
3. Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit or tracking has not updated for 30 days, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Do Items Need to Be Returned?
In some cases, returns are not required, as international return shipping is expensive.
If a return is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not able to refund orders where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
